The YCR at Science Hill is one of three sites of the Yale CryoEM Resource (YCR). It houses two electron microscopes (a 200 kV Glacios and a 120 kV Talos L120C) along with cryo-sample preparation devices. The lab offers comprehensive training and support for various cryoEM techniques, including single-particle analysis (SPA), cryo electron tomography (cryoET), microcrystal electron diffraction (MicroED), and negative stain EM.
